Civil · earthwork · utilities

The lettings worth your iron.

DozerDesk watches public-works notices for earthwork, site, and utility contractors. It keeps the dates, the quantities, and the wage rules, and it scores each job against your yard.

Unknown fields stay blank. The product does not invent a quantity, a wage rule, or a closing time.

Tulsa Engineering

Friday construction openings, specs linked on the city page

ODOT lettings

Dated pages such as Nov. 19, 2026, 10:30 a.m.

CivicPlus cities

Owasso, Bixby, and Coweta bids.aspx boards

Broken Arrow

Same CivicPlus parser. A 403 leaves prior rows in place and adds none

BidNet Direct

Public Oklahoma construction search. The first page only; robots.txt blocks paging

Bonfire

Public RSS when that host allows it. No login and no plan-holder registration

How a shop uses it

01

Tell it the work you actually bid

Scopes, exclusions, a yard address, a haul radius, a contract range, and the states you will bond.

02

It reads the public pages

Tulsa Engineering, ODOT letting dates, and CivicPlus city bid boards. No logins, no plan-room passwords.

03

You get a pursue list

Qualified, Review, or Disqualified, with the sentence that explains why. Dates go on a calendar. The rest stays out of the digest.

What comes off the notice

Each field carries a provenance note: official source, third party, or not stated. A model may fill a gap only when the same words are in the public text.

  • Project and agency
  • Bid number
  • Bid close, with zone
  • Mandatory pre-bid
  • RFI deadline
  • Prevailing wage / Davis-Bacon
  • DBE or SBE goal, as written
  • Bid bond percent
  • Engineer's estimate
  • Quantities: CY, LF, acres
  • Liquidated damages
  • Calendar days and risk flags

Two plans. Fourteen days on either.

Oklahoma sources are included on both. More states score correctly once a connector exists; selecting Texas does not invent Texas bids.

Straight answers

Where do the numbers come from?

From the public notice, a spec PDF linked on that page, or a saved fixture of a public page. If the page does not say it, the field stays empty.

Do you log into BidNet or a plan room?

No. BidNet is the public search page. Bonfire is the public RSS, and only when robots.txt allows it. DozerDesk never registers or submits a bid.

What does Disqualified mean?

The job missed a hard gate: wrong state, outside the dollar range, an excluded trade, or no core scope in a real description. Review means a person should look.
